Farid Shafiyev, Chairman of the Board of the Center of Analysis of International Relations (AIR Center), has addressed an international seminar titled "Assessing the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route: Challenges, Opportunities and Prospects for Expanding Eurasian Connectivity toward Pakistan and the Indian Ocean."
