Mirzayeva Nasiba was born in Baku. In 2013-2017, she studied at the History Department of Baku State University and graduated with honors from the University. In 2017-2018, she worked as a researcher at the Institute of Caucasian Studies of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan. In 2018-2020, she obtained a Master's degree at Erciyes University in Kayseri, Turkiye. Since 2020, she has been working at Baku State University. She is working as a leading advisor at the Center of Analysis of International Relations (AIR Center). Her analyses cover the politics and history of the Caucasian countries and the domestic and foreign policy of Georgia.
