The Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the AIR Center and the Belarus Strategic Research Institution. The Memorandum was signed within the framework of AIR Center Chairman Farid Shafiyev’s visit to Belarus on November 4-5. Development perspectives of Belarus-Azerbaijan relations, foreign policy priorities of both countries, exchange of experience between the think tanks and  other issues of mutual interest have been discussed during the meeting.
