On May 27, 2025, the Center of Analysis of International Relations (AIR Center) and the ICEUSR International Center for Eurasian Studies and Research at the University of Perugia, Italy, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

This agreement aims to foster mutually beneficial cooperation between the two institutions and promote the exchange of knowledge, research findings, and perspectives on matters of international significance.

The scope of collaboration encompasses areas such as international relations, foreign policy, global and regional security, as well as political, economic, and cultural developments at both global and regional levels.
