Memorandum of Understanding was signed between AIR Center and The Institute for Eurasian Turkic Studies of South Korean Dongduk Women`s University.  AIR Center Chairman Farid Shafiyev and chairman of The Institute for Eurasian Turkic Studies, madam Eunkyung Oh signed the memorandum. Memorandum envisages exchange of academic and administrative staff, cooperation in the field of research and exchange of academic materials and publications.
