A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the AIR Center and China Institute of International Studies. Signed by Farid Shafiyev, Chairman of the AIR Center and Ruan Zongze, Vice Executive President of CIIS, the parties agreed to promote and reinforce cooperation between the two institutions, establish hereby a formal understanding of cooperation and friendship, intended to further the academic and research objectives of each institution.
