Memorandum of Understanding was signed between AIR Center and National Institute for Strategic Studies of the Kyrgyz Republic on 3 October 2019. The Memorandum was signed by Farid Shafiyev, Chairman of the Air Center and Director of the National Institute for Strategic Studies, K. Shadibekov. The parties agreed to expand and develop scientific cooperation within the framework of strengthening relations between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Azerbaijan.
