Round table on “Azerbaijan-Uzbekistan: New Horizons of Cooperation” was held at the AIR Center

On August 8, the Center of Analysis of International Relations (AIR Center) and Uzbekistan's International Institute for Central Asian Studies jointly organized a roundtable themed “Azerbaijan-Uzbekistan: New Horizons of Cooperation”. The event took place with the participation of diplomatic missions of Central Asian countries in Azerbaijan, academicians and public representatives. At the end of the event, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation between the AIR Center and the International Institute of Central Asia was signed. At the opening speech the AIR Center Chairman, Farid Shafiyev noted that Uzbekistan plays an important part in Azerbaijan's foreign policy.
