Lala Khalilzade is a Leading Advisor at the Center of Analysis of International Relations (AIR Center)). Her area of research is Arab countries, particularly the Middle Eastern region. She graduated from Baku State University with a bachelor's degree in Translation (Arabic language). Currently, she is doing master in Linguistics (Arabic language) at the Faculty of Oriental Studies at the Baku State University. Lala Khalilzade is an editor of the Arabic Wikipedia and is the author of more than 750 articles in the Arabic language.
