On December 22, 2023, the Center of Analysis of International Relations (AIR Center) and the Republican Center for Strategic Studies (INASS) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at enhancing institutional cooperation. The agreement was signed by Dr. Farid Shafiyev, Chairman of the Board of the AIR Center, and Dr. Motaz Muhy Abd el Hamid, Director General of INASS.

The MoU establishes a framework for collaboration through the exchange of academic literature and publications, as well as the organization of joint symposiums and conferences.

Moreover, the signing of this memorandum reflects a shared commitment to deepening and strengthening the longstanding and friendly bilateral relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Iraq.
