Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the AIR Center and the University of Toronto’s Center for European, Russian, and Eurasian Studies (CERES), signed by Dr, Farid Shafiyev, Chairman of the Air Center and Dr. Robert Austin, Coordinatior of the European Studies Programs. Signed on April 17, 2019, the memorandum aims to further mutually benefit cooperation and to lead to an exchange of information and opinions relevant to international relations, foreign policy, global and regional security, and international political, economic, and cultural developments.
