On 8 January 2020, AIR Center and China Institute of Contemporary International Relations signed a Memorandum of Understanding. The document was signed on behalf of Farid Shafiyev, Chairman of AIR Center, and Feng Zhongping, Vice President of CICIR. The purpose of the MOU is to develop academic and research cooperation on the basis of equality and reciprocity and to promote a sustainable partnership and mutual understanding between the two establishments.
