The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by the AIR Center and the Center for Strategic Studies under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey during the “Turkic Council: 10th Anniversary of Nakhchivan Agreement” event organized by the AIR Center on 3 October. The Memorandum was signed by AIR Center Chairman Farid Shafiyev and Chairman of the Turkish Center for Strategic Studies Ufuk Ulutaş.
