Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the AIR Center and Foundation of Strategic and International Studies (FESEI), Spain by the AIR Center Chairman Farid Shafiyev and Miguel Alvarez De Eulate, director of FESEI. MoU aims exchange of delegations and persons for sharing information, including participation in scientific conferences, seminars, exchange of academic literature, researches, publications, holding of joint symposiums and conferences.
